Syracuse Polish Festival official opening hours:
Friday, June 20 4 pm – 10:30 pm (open to the public at lunchtime-food vendors)
Saturday, June 21 Noon – 10:30 pm
Sunday, June 22 Noon – 5 pm
The contest will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2026 @ 2:00 pm in the festival stage area.
Contestants will have 3 minutes to eat as many pierogi as they can.
Entry Fee: $20.00. Please make checks payable to Polish Scholarship Fund, Inc.
Registration will be open during the festival, on Friday and Saturday until 10 pm in the PSF Tent. Any registrations on Sunday will not be accepted after noon.
Eligibility: Open to all over 18 years of age.
Prize:
$125 women competition for the most pierogi eaten!
$125 men competition for the most pierogi eaten!
Maximum number of contestants will be limited to 10.
